Massyr “مَسير” Ensemble aims to present and celebrate the beauty of cultures, heritage, and harmony through Musical Fusion . Our musical journey takes the listener across regions, from the traditions of South Asia (India, Pakistan), to the richness of Eastern Asia sounds (Iran), and into the beauty of Arabic and North African music, beginning in Saudi Arabia, through Syria and Egypt, and reaching Morocco— all nurtured and reimagined within the multicultural landscape of Canada.

We have performed at Tirgan Festival, Guelph Jazz Festival, Small World Music Centre, and many more stages across Canada… More
